The rest of my cookware is AllClad, which is wonderful, but these skillets replace all the non-stick ones I had. The ceramic coating comes without the health concerns that teflon and other non-stick coatings may have. Clean-up is easy, no soaking or scrubbing necessary. There's also no staining of the beautiful white ceramic coating. I am purchasing a set as a wedding gift for a couple who loves to cook and I look forward to their response.
