This didn't take longer than an hour to install, and I was working alone. It looks great and holds a lot.

My one complaint is that it does not want to stand on its own very well. I ordered it to secure our shoes and prevent my son from pulling down our old flimsy racks while he was learning to walk. This secured the shoes, but when the doors were opened it had the tendency to want to fall forward. I just got a couple straight brackets that I mounted to the back at the top, and then into wall studs. It is in our closet so functionality is more important than clean looks. If you want it to be in a display area you might want to start thinking now about how you want to secure it to the wall.
