I bought two of these 34 inch bar stools for my bar height kitchen island. I found it difficult to find affordable bar height stools but then I stumbled upon these. They are more expensive than what I had budgeted but ordered them anyway. They arrived very well packaged. They came in two pieces: the seat and the bottom legs. I simply used 8 bolts to screw the swivel "thing" to the bottom legs and then to the top seat. It was very easy to assemble. They are very, very sturdy! I love the contemporary design. They have a very high-end feel to them and seem like they'd go well in a high end commercial bar! The feet have small plastic knobs on them to help prevent wood floor scuffs. Generally, I really like them, even though they were more expensive than I wanted to pay. I highly recommend to anyone that needs very tall bar stools.
