(1) - The actual color was not even close to the online pictures - much, much darker.
(2) - The metal bars for holding hanging file folders would not stay in the poorly cut out slots - no support at all.
(3) - Although advertised as having a 30 day return policy, in small print, you find that you have to notify them within 7 days if you intend to return.
(4) - The cost to return would have been nearly 50% of the price of the product so no economic sense to return, even if I could have done so.
