I'll start off by saying that I've built MANY futons, desks, bookcases, entertainment centers, etc etc. This was the most difficult piece of furniture I've had to build. The directions were not clear and I had to do a lot of trial and error before I figured certain parts out. My main reason for writing this review is that one of the pieces of wood came WITHOUT the pre-drilled holes in it!! I attempted to make my own hole so I could be done with it and move on but it didn't come out right. I contacted them and hopefully they'll send me the piece of wood and screw I need. Other then that the frame does the job.
