This is a phenomenal blanket. I have had down blankets in the past and I prefer this because it is a lot lighter and nothing pokes through. It also does not bunch up. If you expect the fluffiness of a down comforter you will be surprised, silk is a lot less bulky. Another great feature is that it is machine washable which most down comforters are not.

Be advised that this blanket is very warm in spite of how thin/light weight it is. I like to sleep in a cold room, 60-65 degrees. This is perfect for me however it would probably be too warm under other circumstances.
