Gold Label Animated Symphony of Bells Review

I bought mine new several years ago and I had not a moment's worry since I owned it. I left it out for decoration year around and kept the dust off of it. Each time I played it I was still thrilled at the sound. Lovely sound, till this year.

This year I noticed that it is sounding "tinny". I checked the chimes and they do not look dirty nor do they look tarnished. But I know that even a little tarnish can effect the sound quality so I began a search for who should "repair" my unit. So far I have turned up nothing on getting my pretty music box cleaned and sounding wonderful again.

Sadly, after perhaps 4 years of "heirloom quality" it is now going to sit idle. :-(

One would have hoped that for an item to be of "heirloom quality" they would have provided, at least on their website, instructions on maintaining it.
