After an hour or so in bed, I often wake up feeling hot and have to throw off the blanket. Then I wake up later and have to pull the blanket on again. This temperature regulating comforter is the first blanket I've found that solves this problem. It warms me quickly, then maintains the warmth without getting too hot. The summer weight is perfect for me except for the coldest part of winter when we allow the room temperature to drop to 60 degrees. It's a little pricey, but well worth it for me.
