Lots of storage space underneath the Copenhagen bed frame. On each side of the center support rail there is a 73-inch long x 26-inch wide x 8-inch high open storage space. Mattress platform is 81-inch x 57-inch x 14 inch. Interior dimensions of 76 x 55 inches, about 1 inch longer and wider than the mattress to accommodate bedding. Multi-step furniture grade finish provides a durable, deep hue for a great lifetime look. Fits a standard full-size mattress which is 75-inch long x 54-inch wide. Assembly required. Allen wrench provided but you will need a Phillips (star) head screwdriver.

The frame is stylish and sturdy, and the slats are reasonably well-made. However a big reason I purchased this bed was because of the middle support legs, since I'm a big guy and I use a heavy foam mattress. Sadly this component is nowhere near the quality of the rest of the bed. It is one long flimsy piece of wood with three legs and the whole thing attaches by three little screws to the bottom slats. To make it worse, the legs have tiny rubber feet that increase the torque on them whenever the bed is moved in any direction; two of the legs BROKE completely at the screw holes the very first time the bed was accidentally budged a few inches over. It immediately started sagging and I have no doubt it would break if I continued to sleep in it.

I would most likely return this for a refund; however, they goofed and sent me two of the beds in the first place. So, I'll just toss the one and keep the other (but you can bet I'll reinforce the inner support system or just make my own). It is still a decent bed in other ways.
