Handmade in Michigan, this sculpted jewelry box is crafted with quality hardwoods to create a sturdy heirloom-quality piece to hold and protect your favorite adornments! Within the chest, an interior tray effortlessly rises with the lid to reveal an assortment of jewelry compartments. Each chest includes felt ring holders, a removable fishhook earring tray, brass necklace pegs (with built-in elastic pouch to protect pendants) and divided felt-lined areas for bracelets, brooches, and more. The bottom divisions may be removed for easy cleaning or to make room for larger items.

The box is constructed in solid walnut, a wood native to the Eastern United States featuring dark brown grains that are beautifully enhanced with age. Tthe box is accented with American maple (on top) and dense wenge wood (legs and handle). The mitered corners also feature wenge wood corner splines to provide additional strength and a sophisticated visual appeal. The jewelry box is hand-polished and given a catalyzed lacquer to provide a clear, durable finish and enhance the natural colors of the wood. Stains are not used. Made in the USA
