I purchased this for my 5 yr old son. Arrived promptly in good condition.
Pros - very sturdy, built mostly with Solid wood, looks and feels expensive, very good value for the price, came with a nice chair too. The lower twin bed is a good addition, has wheels and easily movable, currently I have it as a guest bed in our guest room, as my son wanted a play area underneath his bunk. My son absolutely adores this set up.

Cons - Very heavy as expected, needs at least 2 people to set up - about 4 hrs set up time.
